About The Product

The new Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Botanical Cleansing Oil is a light weight essential oil that turns into a cleansing milk with water.

Made with pur botanical oils- Squalene (apparently found in shark liver πŸ€” v interesting!), a plant-derived lipid, evening primrose oil, omega-6 fatty acids, and lavender essential oil - this cleansing oil prepares the skin to renew itself over night. And of course it is all of the words that a beauty guru loves to hear: soap free, sulfate free, mineral oil free, and non-comedogenic! So super good for your skin! 🌟

You get a generous amount of product - 5.9 oz - in a plastic, pump-style bottle that can be recycled at Kiehl's stores. It melts off most makeup, including waterproof mascara, but I would still recommend double cleansing. You can also add a pump of cleansing oil to a cotton pad and hold over your [closed] eye to help loosen eye makeup before removing the rest of your face makeup with the cleansing oil.

How To Use

Pump 1-3 pumps into dry, clean hands and rub vigorously to warm the product up. With gentle, circular motions, start massaging the product onto dry skin with or without makeup. Do this for about a minute and rinse clean with warm water or with a wet, warm wash cloth.

Beauty by Jessika Recommended?

Yes! πŸ‘πŸ½ I like this cleansing oil because it's light and smells like a spa. The product is a bit watery; different from other cleansing oils i've tried. But, the thinned out product makes it easier to rinse it from your skin and doesn't leave a layer of oil which can potentially cause breakouts.

Where To Buy

This product can be found online (here and here), at Kiehl's stores and at Kiehl's beauty counters in Nordstrom.
